As a Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for: * Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions * Developing and implementing statistical models to improve the performance of our products * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into our marketing strategies * Communicating complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders and influencing business decisions * Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in developing media strategies, estimation, and improvement that require expertise in advanced analytical work, with a focus on Promoting Mix Modeling (MMMs) * Collaborate with internal teams in advanced analytical work, including experimentation, estimation, and modeling * Convey data-driven approaches, based on a team-based marketing strategy to build, segment, and test audiences * Work with internal teams to design, build, and deliver key drivers driving all marketing data, with a focus on digital marketing data pipelines * Identify patterns and behaviors that are effective indicators of performance and key drivers for an effective media plan **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * 4-year certification or equivalent functional experience * 3 years of experience with estimation and business analysis * Experience in SQL or programming languages (e.g., R, Python) * Experience working with multiple stakeholders within a business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with trial planning and managed/solo AI approaches for regression and classification tasks * Experience working with media data and converting it into factors/information outlines for representation purposes * Experience leading quantitative analyses to drive significant change or improvement in a business setting * Experience in underlying driver analysis to address issues at a strategic and key level * Understanding of Bayesian modeling frameworks **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with advanced statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering * Proficiency in programming languages, including SQL, R, and Python * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
