As a Virtual Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data science and AI. **Job Summary** As a Data Scientist at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving moderate to complex data science, AI, machine learning, or development projects, working closely with partners to understand business challenges and develop solutions that meet business objectives. You will apply mathematical, statistical, and modeling techniques to create solutions that can be used in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining models used by partners, defining and communicating solutions for data analysis and modeling, and contributing to the continuous improvement of analytical intelligence by collaborating with and contributing to the blithequark data science community. **Key Responsibilities** * Drives moderate to complex data science, AI, machine learning, or development projects, working with partners to understand business challenges rapidly and define, analyze, and deliver solutions based on business objectives. * Applies mathematical, statistical, and modeling techniques to create solutions that can be used in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis. * Maintains the continuous viability of models used by partners. * Drives the definition and communication of solutions for data analysis and modeling. * Contributes to the continuous improvement of analytical intelligence by collaborating with and contributing to the blithequark data science community. * May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs. **Information, Skills, and Competencies** * Moderate knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts. * Middle knowledge of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive statistical strategies and their differences. * Middle knowledge of the data science project life cycle, including engaging partners to define the issue, solution definition, project planning, and executing per plan. * Knowledge, at a high level, of how technology platforms and structures are relevant to data science. * Skilled in collecting, cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing large-scale data. * Skilled in statistical and programming software languages. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences up to and including leaders with support from more experienced data researchers. * Ability to assess which data science, AI, machine learning, or development strategies and techniques are appropriate for a business issue and make recommendations for solutions. * Ability to collaborate with vendors and assess their foundation, solutions, or methods. * Ability to adapt to different circumstances and take on new methodologies and procedures if necessary to meet business goals effectively. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $20-30/hour * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data scientist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
