As a Delivery Driver, you'll be an integral part of our logistics team, working closely with our dispatch team to ensure seamless delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies. Immediately report any negative incidents with other drivers, accidents, and customers to the Dispatcher or Dispatch Manager. Load and unload shipments between various destinations as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate transportation. Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for delivery or pickup to ensure smooth operations. Maintain vehicle care, cleanliness, and required equipment in each vehicle. Hold a valid driver's license and comply with all company requirements for driving. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A valid driver's license. The ability to frequently lift and/or move packages weighing up to 25 LBS throughout a given shift, and occasionally lift and/or move packages weighing up to 70 LBS. Physical stamina to walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, balance, and stoop to lift packages, including lifting packages from the floor over your head. Willingness to learn to operate a pallet jack and forklift. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred: High school or equivalent education. 1 year of driving experience. Availability for day shifts. Excellent communication skills to interact with dispatch teams, customers, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. An 8-hour shift schedule, with opportunities for day shifts. Shift Options and Work Days We're offering two shift options: M-F 4:00 AM-12:00 PM (1 opening). M-F 12:00 PM-8:00 PM (1 opening).
