Job Summary As a Delivery Excellence Manager, you'll focus on driving team execution and Organizational Context, leading technical solutions and architecture design with the engineering and product team. You'll demonstrate SAFe/Agile/Scrum concepts and principles, enabling team productivity and agility. Reporting to the PD&I director, you'll be a key member of a product delivery team, driving success and delivering results. Key Responsibilities Lead technical solutions and architecture design with the engineering and product team, driving innovation and excellence. Drive team/release level processes, demonstrating servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge and technical savviness. Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness, enabling seamless execution. Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics, informing decision-making. Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams, driving proactive problem-solving. Manage external relationships, such as product or vendor partners, fostering collaboration and driving results. Technical Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong technical foundation and the ability to lead design and solutioning. You'll be expected to: Understand the teams' technical platforms and applications, leading design and solutioning. Live the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles, driving a culture of excellence. Respectfully and purposefully challenge the status quo, driving innovation and improvement. Inspire collaboration and quality practices between system architects, Agile teams, and product teams. Provide guidance to ensure the timely identification and prioritization of technical infrastructure to support implementation of priority features and enablers. Promote compliance with SDLC standards across the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Product Delivery & Integration As a Delivery Excellence Manager, you'll need to influence without authority, driving effective change and leadership management. You'll work in partnership with Product Owners and the core and extended team to build and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring seamless execution. Key responsibilities include: Tracking iteration progress, actively adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are met. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in Agile methodologies, technical leadership, and team management. Essential qualifications include: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum. Strong technical leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in a similar role, driving technical excellence and team productivity. A strong understanding of technical platforms and applications.
