Job Summary As a Facebook and Google Ads Manager, Customer Support specialist, and General Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the work of others. With a particular focus on Facebook Ads, you will communicate directly with clients through our project management system and utilize your excellent written English skills to provide top-notch support. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, as well as providing general administrative support to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization to drive maximum ROI for our clients Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting to ensure effective use of budget Respond to customer queries via our project management system across all projects, providing timely and helpful support Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms to create visually appealing materials Assist with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research to support our marketing efforts Prepare reports and provide insights to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team to ensure high-quality content Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities to drive new business opportunities Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Be based in the Philippines, with excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Have experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel Have experience in managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, with Google Certification preferred Have proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently Have a fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power, as well as graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms Be available to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later if needed Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in managing multiple projects and teams, with knowledge of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research Experience working with Hubstaff time tracking software, as well as knowledge of SEO principles and practices Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of how to drive real results for businesses Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
