Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced chat automation capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI client servicing products. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the growth of our conversational AI platform and enhancing our existing chatbot capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that create opportunities to elevate the customer experience Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments Work closely with the core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to inform future feature design Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the experience Analyze performance metrics that indicate the health of the product and develop clear, data-informed product recommendations accordingly Maintain and refine the product portfolio, mapping customer stories to the needs of the end-user while prioritizing business value Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field A passion for understanding how things work and the ability to apply that knowledge to create connections and identify opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action Enthusiasm for exceptional products and services, with the ability to empathize with customers and articulate product functionality Proven self-starter capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated by your ability to convey complex details with brevity and clarity A forward-looking "growth mindset" with a focus on technology trends and emerging industry/space best practices Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in product management, conversational AI, or a related field Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop informed product recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders A customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
