About the Role We are looking for an exciting and passionate individual to join our Digital Savings Team as a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker. This is a part-time, home-based opportunity that requires a minimum of 8 hours per week, working between Monday and Friday, 16:00 and 20:00. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, using Live Chat functionality to provide a first-class client experience in a demanding environment supporting clients placing retail deposits with the bank. Key Responsibilities Act as a Live Chat agent, responding to client inquiries, solving issues, and providing support during the onboarding journey Identify clients who are in vulnerable situations and provide support to help them Proactively spot patterns in client frustrations or needs, identifying areas where we can update our processes, tools, or products to improve the client experience Identify and log client complaints, ensuring that clients are treated fairly and can share their thoughts and concerns Collaborate with team members to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services to add value to our clients Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Regulatory knowledge as applicable to the role The ability to act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly Strong communication skills and experience dealing directly with clients and maintaining client relationships, within a service or sales environment A solid internet connection (download speed - 10mbps; upload speed - 3mbps) and a safe, private, and distraction-free environment to work from home in the UK Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following attributes would be helpful: A passionate and energetic service mindset Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames Self-motivated with an ability to work individually and as part of a team Good listening skills Previous experience in a Live Chat/Customer Service role Able to work well in a fast-paced environment Friendly and client-focused Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
