Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Data Analytics and Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead our data analytics team and drive strategic growth in our specialty pharmacy operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing information enablement for specialty reporting, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of systems, projects, and processes that drive business goals. This is a full-time, remote job opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $35-45 per year, depending on experience. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage information enablement for specialty reporting, including data analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decisions Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other stakeholders Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of systems, projects, and processes that drive business goals, including data analytics, reporting, and insights Manage a team of data analysts and operations specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, including data-driven decision making and process improvements Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, clients, and vendors Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and HITECH Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data analytics, pharmacy, or business administration At least 6 years of experience in a related field, including data analytics, pharmacy operations, or business management At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience creating strategic drives that align with business objectives Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive-level management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: A Master's degree or MBA in a related field Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C, and others Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts Experience with system administration, including Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and others Graduate degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and quality Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
