Job Overview The Director of Risk Management and Business Strategy will play a critical role in developing and implementing risk management and business procedures, utilizing business or consumer department data to drive informed decision-making. This position requires a unique blend of analytical, technical, and business acumen skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform risk management and business strategies Develop and implement risk management approaches and business procedures, leveraging statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods Collaborate with technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management and business strategies Identify and evaluate new data sources (structured and unstructured) that can add significant value to arenaflex's products and services Apply industry and internal best practices, incorporating regulatory feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
