Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for driving customized customer experiences and increasing productivity through the application of top-tier analytics and data science. You will lead a team of analytical experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative targeting strategies. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be essential in driving business results and informing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of analytical experts to drive business results through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making Develop and implement innovative targeting strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and modeling teams, to scale new treatments, offers, and channels for the business Work with the Global Adjusting Group to manage targeting strategy for revenue-generating treatments in the call center Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal marketing partners Analyze consumer data and end-to-end campaign processes to inform business strategy Utilize test design to inform business strategy based on statistical findings Query very large and complex datasets using big data programming languages, including SAS, SQL, Hive, Python, advanced MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in using analytics and data science to drive business results is essential. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field 3 years of experience in using analytics and data science to drive business results 3 years of experience working across multi-functional teams and influencing and building significant relationships with partners Experience analyzing consumer data and end-to-end campaign processes Experience utilizing test design to inform business strategy based on statistical findings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down complex problems into components and translating quantitative analysis into meaningful business results Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Experience with big data programming languages, including SAS, SQL, Hive, Python, advanced MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
