Key Responsibilities Lead a team of analytical experts to drive business results through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making Develop and implement innovative targeting strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and modeling teams, to scale new treatments, offers, and channels for the business Work with the Global Adjusting Group to manage targeting strategy for revenue-generating treatments in the call center Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal marketing partners Analyze consumer data and end-to-end campaign processes to inform business strategy Utilize test design to inform business strategy based on statistical findings Query very large and complex datasets using big data programming languages, including SAS, SQL, Hive, Python, advanced MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in using analytics and data science to drive business results is essential.
