Your key responsibilities will include: • Accumulating and organizing artwork, including character models, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, labeling, categorizing, and creating final model packs for cargo. • Organizing asset files, uploading models to perception, prepping documents for background painters and color designers, and maintaining standardized formats, including naming conventions. • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design lists as needed, taking notes at assigned meetings, and communicating with vendors, animation teams, and other stakeholders. • Providing critical materials for artists, including reference materials, and ensuring high-quality control for line art in digital artwork. • Collaborating with production managers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve issues, address delays, and improve workflows. • Maintaining a helpful attitude, demonstrating eagerness and curiosity, and participating in morale events and team-building activities.
