Key Responsibilities As a Dispatch and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field staff based on customer needs and availability. Monitor field staff locations and job statuses to optimize route efficiency and response times. Communicate job details, instructions, and updates to field personnel in real time. Adjust schedules as needed due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies. Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service requests, inquiries, or issues. Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and follow-up procedures. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and deescalate as necessary.
