Job Overview We are currently looking for reliable and experienced professionals to fill our daytime and overnight dispatch positions at our Justin location. As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing top-notch customer support, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Manage multiple phone lines, answering calls with a quick response time and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively Utilize basic computer skills to navigate our systems, update records, and perform other administrative tasks as required Dispatch services to the appropriate teams, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and that our services are delivered to the highest standards Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge, and best practices to drive continuous improvement Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred candidates will have relevant experience in dispatching and customer service Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service; experience in a similar industry or role is an asset Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, night, and overnight shifts, as well as rotating weekends and overtime as required Reliable transportation to and from our Justin location; ability to commute to this location is required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support Advanced computer skills, including experience with dispatch software and other specialized systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
