Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Recent and experienced hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Go, Python, etc. Proven experience in building and operating highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment. A passion for technology, pragmatic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguous territories and break down complex problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with technical end-users and cross-functional teams. A self-directed and independent approach to work, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive development forward.
