Your Purpose as a Product Specialist: • Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner, welcoming them into our showroom and responding to telephone or online inquiries. • Responsible for engaging guests with Toyota’s brand history as well as the latest vehicles, products, and technologies. • Showcase outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Toyota through product and vehicle presentations. • Assist guests on test drive of vehicle(s). • Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features. • Ensure that each vehicle has met all pre-delivery requirements. • Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the guest. • Stay current on all Toyota vehicles, products, and features by attending/reviewing product and training courses. • Other duties as assigned by management.
