About the Position We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk, who will be responsible for guiding our delivery professionals through the onboarding process, from sign-up to activation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a business environment, with related experience in areas such as data entry, human resources, reception, administrative assistance, or customer service. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in these fields is preferred, although we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional potential. Key Responsibilities Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registrations for accuracy and eligibility, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date. Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants, utilizing training provided by arenaflex to ensure a thorough understanding of the process. Communicate effectively with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and providing timely updates. Utilize company software to order pre-employment background checks for driver applicants, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Experience and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess an Associate's degree or higher, although this is not a strict requirement. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years of working in recruiting, onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service. However, we are eager to consider candidates from diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate their ability to learn and adapt quickly. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, and experience.
