About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Dutch speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team of game-changers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers from top brands in various industries, including tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
