Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to grow our 3P market in the USA. As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that drive new product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our product selection and customer base. Key Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly preferred. Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data. Polished communication abilities, including speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to managing responsibilities and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 2+ years of e-commerce experience. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. 3+ years of direct sales experience.
