As an Email Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality responses to customer inquiries regarding their orders in our stores. Your goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. A Day in the Life of an Email Customer Service Agent at blithequark As an Email Customer Service Agent, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, addressing complaints, and offering solutions within company policy Collaborating with the internal team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints Following established guidelines and procedures for email handling Key Performance Indicators To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a high level of performance, including: Maintaining a minimum Customer Satisfaction Score of 3.0 Working on at least 10 emails per hour Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with adherence to assigned schedule Your Team As an Email Customer Service Agent, you will be reporting to one of our two Customer Service Team Leaders, who are both based in the Philippines. You will be working alongside a team of Customer Service Agents, mostly from the Philippines, who are responsible for providing timely and quality resolution to customer inquiries and complaints. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: At least 2 months of experience in the eCommerce industry, specifically in the dropshipping business model Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or support Experience with Shopify and Gorgias or Zendesk is a plus Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong time management and organizational skills Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
