Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve queries Answer questions from English customers, provide information, and forward messages to clients as required Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively support our clients and their customers Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and ask probing questions to understand customer concerns.
