Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls professionally, accurately, timely, and courteously, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support and service. Determine the nature of calls and log information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication. Access member information using proprietary systems to assist callers, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently. Forward inquiries requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Transfer calls to specialized queues for complex issues, such as claims or authorizations, ensuring that customers receive the support they need from the right experts. Utilize available resources to provide timely responses, staying up-to-date with the latest information and best practices in customer service. Manage time effectively to ensure calls are answered promptly, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner, maintaining high productivity and efficiency. Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities for the Customer Service Representative role, consistently delivering exceptional performance and service. Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss issues and promote teamwork, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and share best practices. Respond to requests from internal and external customers as needed, providing support and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
