Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, providing guidance on cloud strategy, migration planning, and infrastructure optimization Demonstrate the power of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure, highlighting its differentiated features and capabilities Build repeatable assets and enable other customers and internal teams to leverage arenaflex technologies Influence arenaflex Infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams Travel to customer sites and events as needed, providing on-site support and expertise Develop and deliver technical presentations, showcasing arenaflex solutions and their applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer success Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in virtualization or cloud-native architectures in a customer-facing or support role Proven experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including migration planning, integration strategies, and architectural patterns Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems Experience with containers and associated technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices Experience in understanding complex customer workloads and defining technical migration roadmaps to the cloud Familiarity with arenaflex technologies and solutions Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
