About the Role As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or the Internet. Your role will involve providing customer service support, resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services, and delivering expert customer experiences.
