Job Summary: Join the blithequark Team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark! As the face of blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our largest and most strategic customers. You will manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals and expansion, and work closely with our product team to incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Driving Customer Success and Growth Customer Engagement and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, customer support, QBRs, and renewals and expansion. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and support. Trusted Advisor: Help blithequark customers understand the different contexts in which our product can be effectively used and conceptualize new use cases and solutions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance and support. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside the organizations, from CXOs (like the CDO and CIO) to data practitioners using blithequark every day. You'll be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed. Voice of the User: Work closely with our product team to incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap and enable us to build the best collaborative experience for data teams around the world. You'll be the voice of our customers, ensuring that their needs and concerns are heard and addressed. Customer Evangelism: Evangelize our customers and their journeys to the broader data community. You'll have the opportunity to share success stories and case studies, showcasing the impact and value that blithequark can bring to organizations. What Makes You a Great Match for blithequark? Experience: 5-7 years of experience within a technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar position. You'll have a deep understanding of the modern data stack ecosystem and a proven track record of working with Enterprise and Strategic customers. Modern Data Stack Ecosystem: Experience working within the modern data stack ecosystem is a must. You'll be familiar with the latest trends and technologies, and you'll be able to leverage this knowledge to drive customer success and growth. Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of working with Enterprise and Strategic customers (5,000+ employees). You'll have experience navigating complex organizational structures and building relationships with key stakeholders. NRR and Expansion: Experience owning NRR, driving expansion, and increasing customer lifetime value within accounts. You'll be able to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue, while also ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
