Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an entry-level management professional. As a key member of our department, you'll be responsible for supporting our customers, driving sales growth, and developing your leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Join office meetings to help reinforce standard operating procedures, set goals, and celebrate Team Members' achievements Practicing presentations and brushing up on product knowledge to stay up-to-date on our services and devices Welcome and redirect customers to the tech area for evaluation of their service plans, using exceptional listening skills to understand their wants, needs, and budget Present and guide customers through the Wireless device inventory and service options available, building their confidence and trust Close sales by determining customers' best course of action and completing orders by processing transactions through our POS device Participate in team-building exercises and appreciation events to foster a positive and supportive work environment Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of customer service experience; experience in sales or management a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment Knowledge of wireless devices and services Experience with POS systems and transaction processing Certification in customer service or sales a plus Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals.
