About the Finance & Accounting Development Program The Finance and Accounting Development Program at HNI Corporation is designed to equip new members with valuable core knowledge and experience across various functions, including corporate, operating company, and corporate financial services. As a program member, you'll have the opportunity to work on three to four assignments within the first two years, gaining hands-on experience in: General and consolidation accounting Sales and operations Data management Integrating external and internal data sets for analytical projects Corporate financial services, such as payroll and accounts payable Business and competitor analysis Planning and budgeting Management reporting Plant and cost accounting Risk Management Credit analysis and collections This comprehensive program offers high visibility to leadership, networking opportunities through Lunch and Learns, and skills training to help you grow professionally. Key Responsibilities As a Financial Analyst in the Finance and Accounting Development Program, you'll be part of a talented team driving strategic initiatives and achieving business insights through analytics.
