Key Responsibilities As a Finance & Accounting Recruiter with HireMinds, your primary responsibilities will include: Identifying and attracting top finance and accounting talent through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences. Conducting initial interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for client roles. Coordinating and facilitating client interviews, negotiations, and offer letters. Managing and updating candidate and client records in our recruitment software. Meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets and performance metrics. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in finance and accounting recruitment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting recruitment, preferably in a direct-hire capacity. A proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and performance metrics. Strong knowledge of the finance and accounting industry, including financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, and auditing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or human resources. Preferred Qualifications We would also prefer candidates with: A professional certification, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI. Experience working with recruitment software and technology.
