Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager - External Reporting to oversee all external financial reporting and compliance requirements for our company. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our financial reporting practices. You will lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, earnings releases, and results presentations, and provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions. Key Responsibilities Oversee all external financial reporting and compliance requirements applicable to our company, including SEC, ASX, and other jurisdictions. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial reporting practices, including quarterly and annual financial reports. Coordinate and lead the preparation of earnings releases and results presentations. Lead the adoption of newly enacted IFRS and SEC rules related to disclosures in financial reports. Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including revenue recognition and accounting for acquisitions and divestitures. Serve as a subject matter expert on accounting issues related to acquisitions and divestitures. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with PCAOB standards. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CA certification preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a strong focus on ASX and SEC reporting and compliance. Extensive experience in preparing and filing Annual and quarterly reports to the ASX and NASDAQ, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K. Experience with IFRS and US GAAP financial statement preparation, including reconciliations between US GAAP and IFRS. Proven track record of working in publicly traded companies, preferably with experience in a NASDAQ-listed company. Significant experience in coordinating with external auditors, particularly under PCAOB standards. In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition standards under both US GAAP (ASC 606) and IFRS (IFRS 15). Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
