Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst and Corporate Accountant to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Provide global accounting support and analysis for our international operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop and lead monthly financial reviews with key stakeholders to discuss financial results and forecasts for managed regions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Prepare financial and operational reports, and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify financial opportunities and risks, and communicate meaningful insights to key stakeholders to inform business decisions. Develop and lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly expense analyses related to Sales and in-field Trade Spend to inform Sales leadership of results and trends. Actively participate and lead specific areas related to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Reconcile month-end accounts for areas of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Lead or participate in various projects or business initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, contributing to the development of annual financial plans, periodic forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards. Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Experience and comfort in presenting to all levels of management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in making journal entries within an ERP system and reconciling financial accounts monthly, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field, such as an MBA or CPA. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards. Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Experience with project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
