Requirements for Freelance Chat Support Specialists To become a successful freelance chat support specialist at blithequark, you must: Be at least 18 years old with a reliable internet connection. Have no prior experience required, although previous experience in customer support is highly preferred. Preferred Skills for Success While not mandatory, the following skills and qualities are highly desirable for freelance chat support specialists: Articulate, personable, and reliable with excellent writing skills and email etiquette. At least 1 year of chat support experience, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Experience with CRM/support tools, which would be a significant plus in managing customer interactions efficiently.
