As a key member of our front desk team, you will be expected to manage online and phone reservations, respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, and provide local recommendations and arrange transportation when needed. Your excellent communication skills, proficiency in using computer and reservation systems, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Manage online and phone reservations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation when needed, showcasing your knowledge of the area and commitment to exceptional customer service. Perform other duties as assigned related to the front desk role, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be at least 21 years old, fully bilingual in Spanish and English, and available to work 2-4 shifts per week. We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency in using computer and reservation systems, and strong judgment and ability to work under pressure. Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred, and immediate availability to start is required. Essential Qualifications Must be 21 years or older.
