Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated ABA Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Greenville, NC. Job Responsibilities Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing established treatment plans and behavior support strategies. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, utilizing discrete trials and other evidence-based methods to inform treatment decisions. Work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy, ensuring seamless integration of services. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability in all aspects of your work. Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, ensuring a smooth and effective delivery of services. Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred. Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, with a strong focus on behavior support and intervention. 1-year ABA Experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed. Physical Requirements: Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs, perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time, and respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
