Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting functions, including monthly general ledger close-out, financial reporting, and management reporting. You will work closely with our team of accountants to ensure the highest quality service to our clients, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise and knowledge of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices will be essential in driving success in this position. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of accountants in a cloud-based environment to deliver exceptional outsourced accounting and operational services Perform monthly general ledger close-out to provide accurate and timely financial reports, including management reports and other related tasks such as accounts payable processing and account reconciliations Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in technologies and accounting standards Proactively identify client issues, communicate, and implement timely solutions to ensure exceptional client service Contribute to the evolution of established policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence in our services Qualifications and Attributes To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills.
