You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and manage patient information, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage patient information * Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) and resolving special cases related to data entry * Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Maintain a dynamic specialist permit or confirmation within the initial 90 days, and keep a functioning professional permit or certificate **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED * Essential level PC abilities, including: + Starting and closing the PC + Using the mouse to point and snap + Starting and closing projects + Switching between programs + Saving records + Printing archives + Accessing data online * Essential web browser's abilities, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Utilizing a web search tool + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring utilizing back/forward/stop fastens + Finishing up structures on the web * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding abilities (no less than 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging records) * Ability to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally * 18 years old or more seasoned **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy expert experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy expert with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Drug stores or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience giving client care to inside and outside clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for administrations, and assessment of consumer loyalty * Middle of the road to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities (no less than 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing archives) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly salary of $25-$35 * Opportunity to work remotely from Orlando, USA * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Dynamic and supportive work environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
