Most reps handle 2-3 simultaneous chats using the tabbed interface. There are no outbound messages—only inbound support. You will never need to cold pitch, call, or upsell. Supervisors and training documents will be available at all times, and if you need help during a live chat, a quick flag will alert your team leader.
