About the Position We're seeking an exceptionally skilled Chat Support Associate to provide top-notch support to our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. As a critical member of our support team, you'll engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos, ensuring an excellent experience on our platform.
