You'll help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by assisting with running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to apply accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and supporting research fees to optimize performance. Alongside this process, you'll work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to overcome obstacles and shape the future services. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure - Help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy - Assist with running benchmarks for current models and finding opportunities to apply accelerators for new models - Develop migration paths and support research fees to optimize performance - Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to overcome obstacles and shape the future services - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions - Provide technical guidance and support to clients on AI-optimized infrastructure - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technology **Essential Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience - 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure - Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models - Experience in delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with the client's defined scope and success criteria **Desired Qualifications** - Experience in education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators - Experience in running MLPerf benchmarks - Familiarity with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) - Experience in distributed training and optimizing performance versus cost - Ability to design and architect large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases - Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global leader in cloud infrastructure and AI technology, empowering businesses to transform and build what's next.
