As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership plans with key customers, including Disney. Your primary focus will be on identifying and maximizing opportunities, building enduring relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Account Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Developing customized yearly business plans that address the critical needs of our customers while delivering arenaflex's budgeted profit and volume * Collaborating with customers and/or channels to develop yearly price/package plans that generate desired results for both the customer/channel and arenaflex * Working with internal business partners (PGM, Marketing, Finance) to develop programming that accelerates incremental business and exceeds program objectives * Conducting post-promotional analysis to measure the success levels of promotions and making necessary changes to price/package plans * Selling-in and implementing local, regional, or national marketing strategies * Serving as a subject matter expert on assigned customers and/or channels, responsible for communicating weekly with frontline sales management to discuss promotional plans, display commitments, and establish goals against assigned metrics * Working with category management to gain key market and customer insights and turn insights into specific actions that positively influence the customer's buying patterns * Negotiating contracts for new business and renegotiating contracts for existing business * Managing customer/channel forecast to ensure alignment with business trends while mitigating the risk of product supply issues **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry * Previous experience managing multiple key accounts * Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data * Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers * A change agent who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Strategic selling, conceptual selling, and account management skills * Consumer goods and beverage industry knowledge * Customer-focused approach * Bilingual preferred * Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with retailers **Additional Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you even more successful in this role: * Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing, inquiring) * Previous experience within category management is highly desired * Strong negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills * Food Service on Premise (FSOP), Direct Store Delivery (DSD), and/or Beverage category experience preferred **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about customer-centric sales and strategic partnership development.
