As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to identify business and technical requirements, design and implement customized solutions, and provide exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for cloud computing, a strong background in software engineering, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements. * Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets. * Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents. * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best-practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience as a specialized technical engineer in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role. * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking. * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies. **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status. * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms. * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies. * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques. * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in cloud computing, software engineering, and containerization. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
