Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs * Leading technical projects, providing technical support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution * Developing and delivering product briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the capabilities and benefits of arenaflex Cloud * Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending best practices to enhance the effectiveness of arenaflex Cloud * Participating in client meetings, site visits, and other events as required **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements * Lead technical projects, provide technical support, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution * Develop and deliver product briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the capabilities and benefits of arenaflex Cloud * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud stage viability * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance * Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms * Experience working with government public sector clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a focus on cloud computing, software development, and technical sales engineering * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines * Strong business acumen, with a focus on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
