Job Summary Blithequark, a leading financial organization, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Client Care Delegate to join our Wealth and Investment Management division. As a key member of our Uncertainties (Guardian and Trust Administrations) – Returned Proclamations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of client care services, providing guidance to less experienced agents, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of less experienced Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team Provide feedback and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support influence Perform complex client care tasks and provide guidance to less experienced agents to meet defined productivity and performance goals Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with various departments to resolve client issues and concerns Suggest areas requiring improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements Interact with internal and external clients to address their needs and provide solutions Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements Essential Qualifications 4+ years of Client Support, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education Bachelor's Degree in a related field Preferred Qualifications Strong client care skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Effective organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Access Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
