Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with members, providers, and plan sponsors via phone, web, or written correspondence. You will respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our plans, products, and services. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and promote our mission. Key Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence Provide guidance on plan benefits, coverage, and services, as well as navigate complex issues Build relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences Utilize problem-solving skills to address member concerns and resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams, such as Clinical Case Management and Quality, to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records and track member interactions Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications) 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare terminology and concepts Familiarity with insurance plans and benefits Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., HDI, ICMI) Bilingual or multilingual skills What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
