You will assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance. arenaflex will provide all necessary training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive and process inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies - Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge - Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives **Essential Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required - 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred - Must be at least 18 years old - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic conflict resolution skills - Professional customer service aptitude **Preferred Qualifications** - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field - Strong knowledge of insurance products and services - Ability to navigate complex systems and data - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace **Skills and Competencies** - Customer Service Aptitude - Reliability - Empathy - Critical Thinking - Professional customer service skills - Basic conflict resolution skills - Effective verbal and written communication - Active listening skills - Demonstrated ability to multitask - Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers and information - Demonstrated ability to utilize computer systems and data systems - Ability to solve complex situations with limited information - Questioning and deductive reasoning skills - Ability to work in teams or independently **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees.
