You'll need to respond quickly and professionally to ensure that customers feel valued and heard. * Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives: Some customers may be unhappy with our products or services, and it'll be your job to help them find a solution. This may include metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times. * Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends: As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be the front line for customer feedback.
