Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and Blithequark's services to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
