Issue Resolution * Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of complex issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings. * Provide support for special assistance requests, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, and unaccompanied minors. Booking Management * Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifications, and upgrades. * Process payments, issue tickets, and provide guidance on fare rules, refund policies, and ticket restrictions. * Educate customers on available amenities, onboard entertainment options, seating configurations, and loyalty program benefits to enhance their travel experience. Technical Support * Assist customers with navigating arenaflex's website, mobile app, and self-service tools. * Troubleshoot technical issues, password resets, and login problems to facilitate seamless interactions and online transactions. Documentation and Reporting * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using designated CRM systems and databases. * Generate reports to track customer satisfaction metrics, service trends, and operational performance indicators.
