Job Summary As a remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing product information. This part-time, work-from-home opportunity offers a competitive starting salary of $18.50 per hour, Monday through Friday work weeks, and flexible scheduling. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to the success of our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolution. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed support to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements To succeed as a remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you should possess: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to providing excellent service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with a minimum of 17 words per minute. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. Knowledge of arts and crafts products or a related field. Certification in customer service or a related field.
