Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and online chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online. Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping. Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide solutions. Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns. Meet and exceed specific department goals and performance metrics. Work in a dynamic, multitasking environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Essential Qualifications: Previous experience working in customer service, preferably with luxury goods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using software tools to address client inquiries. Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service). Experience working with international customers and resolving complex issues. Knowledge of fashion trends and styles. Certification in customer service or a related field.
