Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Enter and update data into databases and computer systems with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, and perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. File Organization and Maintenance: Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic, in a secure and easily accessible manner. Data-Related Inquiries: Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis, and assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and issues. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role; experience with online data entry and typing jobs is preferred. Skills and Competencies Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software; excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data; good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Working Hours and Benefits Working Hours Part-Time Position: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours; expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.
