Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems. Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies. Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals. Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes. Upsell products or services as needed. Schedules call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs. Requirements Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic computer skills and experience with software applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience with interactive voice response systems.
